Refund Policy

AAt Neems Enterprise, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you receive the correct products in perfect condition. However, in the event of receiving a wrong, damaged, or incomplete order, we offer a seamless return process for domestic customers. Please carefully read our return policy below:

How to Request a Return:

1. Eligibility: You may request a return or replacement within:
- 7 days from the date of delivery for incorrect or expired products.
- 2 days from the date of delivery for damaged or missing products.

2. Submission: Raise your return/replacement request by [contacting us here] with your order and contact details.

3. Review Period: Allow us 2 business days to review your request.

Return Process:

1. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product.

2. In case our reverse pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. We will reimburse the courier charges to your PayTM wallet or bank account.

3. Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will verify it, and based on the verification, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

Conditions for Returns:

- Wrong product delivered.

- Expired product delivered.

- Damaged product delivered (physical damage or tampered packaging).

- Incomplete order (missing products).

International Orders:

For orders placed outside India, cancellation/ returns/ refunds are not possible once the order is placed. Please make sure to place your order wisely. If your international order does not reach you within 25 days, we can cancel the order at your request, refunding the amount after deducting taxes and shipment charges.
