Refund Policy

At Neems Enterprise, we ensure that our refund process is as simple and quick as possible. If you are eligible for a refund based on the return conditions, here’s how the refund process works:

Refund Process for Cancelled/Returned Products:

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card) within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will need to provide your bank details, and the refund will be transferred to your account once the product passes quality checks.

Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks after the returned product is picked up and delivered to our warehouse.

International Orders:

For orders placed outside India, cancellation or refunds are not possible once the order is placed. Please make sure to place your order wisely. If your international order does not reach you within 25 days, we can cancel the order at your request, refunding the amount after deducting taxes and shipment charges.

Note:

Neems Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. In the event of such a cancellation, we will process the refund immediately.
